We can work from one of Maple Leaf’s plans or start with your own sketch. Our Drafting department can work with a plan drawn on a napkin and turn it into your Dream Home. These homes are built in a controlled environment where the materials (or workmen) are not exposed to the elements while the home is under construction. We can save you both time and money. Most of our homes are shipped within 60 days of your final order. When it comes to a modular home project, there is no magic as to how we save you time. While your house is under construction at Maple Leaf Homes, we are busy preparing your site including excavation, foundation, well, septic, etc. We can handle the entire project and deliver you a turn-key home that will make your friends green with envy.
